How We Verify Resources
An explanation of what badges and listing types on NoBias Recovery mean, and how resources are kept accurate.
Demo Data
Demo Data cards are fictional examples showing how future listings may appear. They are never a claim that a real provider exists.
Official Source
An Official Source is a link or contact published by a government agency or the organization responsible for that service. It confirms that the gateway exists. It does not confirm availability, eligibility, quality, safety, or suitability.
Official Directory
An Official Directory is operated by an official body or organization to help users search. Directory entries and availability must be confirmed directly.
Verified Provider
Verified Provider is reserved for future individual organizations that complete the full verification checklist. No current Demo Data card is a Verified Provider, and no existing listing is being upgraded to it.
Review cycle
Crisis, emergency, detox and treatment access gateways are re-checked every 30 days; other official gateways and directories every 90 days. When a review is due, the resource is visibly marked and re-verification is prioritized; urgent resources are never silently removed.
No ranking or endorsement
NoBias Recovery does not rank, recommend, endorse, or guarantee placement or outcomes. There is no paid placement and no referral commission at this stage.
Confirm details directly
Users should confirm urgent details and availability directly with the resource. Information can change.
Corrections and safety reports
Please report: broken links, disconnected numbers, incorrect service descriptions, changed eligibility or hours, licensing concerns, and urgent safety issues.
A corrections channel will be published before individual provider listings launch.
For emergencies, use the region-aware emergency resources on this site. Do not wait for a future corrections channel.
